Praising together

It was really a very good time for The Praise Team to spend in the presence of God and with each other. The team had a small conference in a remote city for 2 days. We enjoyed a lot being in the presence of the Lord. We also got closer to each other.

We praised the Lord together and exalted His name in 3 praise times. These periods were very blessed. He is worthy to be praised, isn't He?

We talked about the vision of the team and refreshed our motto. We also shared some team history as our team leader also reminded us how the vision was received from God and how the Lord led the team at the very beginning in 1982. God helped to spread the vision of praise all over the churches of Egypt, then all along these 18 years the Holy Spirit guided the team members to pray that He may use them to praise the Lord in the whole area to all people speaking Arabic.

In the first evening we lifted every member in the team in prayer. We thanked the Lord for every talent and gift He has granted us and we renewed our promise to use these talents for His glory only. We discussed some other things like how to help spreading the vision.

Another important thing we've done also was evaluating the last album "Tastageeb Lee", album no.18.

We discussed if our prayers we had lifted to the Lord concerning using the tape were answered or not. We are astonished with what God has done.

We also discussed things about our next product. It is a ..... let it be a surprise :)

Those 2 days were a big step for the team and we all believe that the Lord is intending to use us mightily for His precious name. "He which has begun a good work in us will perform it".

Praising in Agamy

Psalm 117:1: "O praise the Lord, all ye nations: praise Him, all ye people."

On August 25th, a lot of praises were lifted to the Lord who is worthy to be praised. This was in Beit El-Salam, Agmy-Alexandria in a conference which gathered a lot of people from not only Egypt but from the whole middle east area. Of course the satan wanted to share, in his own way, so one of the singers had a car accident on the way to the team gathering point. But thank God nothing happened to the singer at all. Of course the car needs a new ....... a new car!!!!

Also another singer, his daughter had broken her arm the evening before the service, but we as a team knew that the Lord would be glorified in the worship service even if we were tired, sad or worried of being late. And it was so.

Imagine around 200 people all standing, clapping and shouting with words of praise to the Lord. It is not the music, or the performance, it is only "The Lord" who attracted our eyes and the eyes of His people worshipping Him. And when your eyes are opened to see the Lord, you can't do except lifting up your voice to praise Him, You can't help it!!

We sang "King of kings and Lord of lords, Glory Alleluia", "Ghannu Ma3aya Ya Sha3b El-Rab". We also sang some songs from the last album "Tastageeb Lee" like "Sabe7i Rabana", "Ghanou wa Ranemou", "Elrab Saken Gowa Alby", and "Laka Ya Sayedy" If you want to listen to the songs of the last album, click here

Our last song was "Yally Leek Kol El-Ard". We asked the people that everyone changes the word " El-Ard" meaning "the earth" into the name of his hometown. People from many different Arabic countries sang this song together. This day was a real blessing. Praise God.

Power of Praise

"Power of Praise" Did you read this book? This book was released years ago and since a year now we want to print it again so that a lot of people, who do not have a copy, may be able to own one.
